ITT Inc. is an American company specializing in aerospace, transportation, energy and industrial markets.
History
In 2011, Exelis, the defence arm of ITT, became an independent defense company.
In the past, ITT / Exelis produced image intensifier tubes for the U.S. military.
Today, after several mergers and sales, the night vision production that originally belonged to ITT is part of Elbit Systems of America.
ITT continues operating worldwide, but does not produce night vision equipment anymore.
