A: Please upload it anyways! In the left sidebar you can find a link [[Special:Upload|''Upload file'']] that you can use to upload a picture without adding it to any page yet. The moderators will keep track of these photographs and add them to a suitable page either now or in the future, if the page does not exist yet.
